We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pro. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets our quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare food order summaries for our chef, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a fair and respectful manner, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctuality and reliability, with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
