About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Mineral Medix Solutions/Equine One. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of our business, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that products are properly stored and handled.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods and materials, and oversee the processing and shipping of orders.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Arrange for the transportation of goods and materials, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with supply chain activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
