About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at HTL Dental. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with various tasks, including preparing plaster models and moulds, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, educating patients on oral hygiene and maintaining accurate records of dental procedures.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dental setting, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, with experience using dental software a plus.
