Customer Service Representative

Acushnet Canada Inc., a leading golf company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and consumers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers and sales representatives with order entry and sales program information
- Administer sales programs, ensuring accurate and timely application of terms
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product and availability information
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist in training and development of new team members
- College diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- SAP experience required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to sit for long periods
