Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, both in-person and via phone.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, consistently achieving a high level of satisfaction.
  • Brand Ambassador: Build brand recognition, support sales initiatives, and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
  • Experience using AS400 (an asset).
