Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will oversee cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect areas to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure we have the necessary resources to maintain our facilities.
- Resolve any client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services in a professional and timely manner.
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
