**Job Summary**

First General is seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Regional Director in Western Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence and driving outstanding results in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with our offices to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve exceptional metrics.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, protecting our brand integrity through regular on-site meetings and ensuring consistent execution of corporate initiatives.
  • Communicate and execute corporate initiatives in Western Canada, resolving service escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our offices, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

**Requirements**

  • Strong verbal, written, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and Xactanalysis.
  • Strong organizational skills, combined with a professional demeanor and enthusiastic attitude.
