Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and helpful to customers and consignees.

• Pick up and deliver goods as requested, ensuring that all required paperwork is completed by the customer or consignee.

• Use initiative to anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries.

• Maintain open communication with the Dispatch Officer to ensure that all deliveries are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Drive safely and take care of company vehicles, ensuring that they are well-maintained and in good working condition.

• Make up boxes for shipments as required and monitor packaging materials to ensure that they are adequate for the task at hand.

Requirements:

• Current driver's license and a good driving record.

• Good knowledge of the metropolitan area and a pleasant and proactive manner with customers.

• Good knowledge of cold chain management and basic DG regulations.
