Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at La Diperie Mardaloop. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work on-site, with no option for remote work.
Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring excellent customer service.
