At HUB, we're committed to empowering our clients and communities to achieve their goals. As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of commercial insurance.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for interacting with commercial clients, maintaining professional relationships with new and existing clients and insurers, and managing an entire book of business. Your expertise will be essential in reviewing and preparing commercial client files, leading marketing efforts, and evaluating and pricing insured risk.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum Level 2 license is required; completion of CAIB is preferred.
  • Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial property is required.
  • A basic level of understanding in specialty lines is necessary.
  • 2-5 years' experience in commercial insurance is a definite asset.
  • Ability to multi-task and interact in a professional manner with clients, colleagues, and operational functions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make necessary decisions to move forward the work at hand.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal daily direction.
  • Proficient computer skills with Broker Management Software Systems; including Policy Works.
