Job Title: Cook, Small Establishment

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Category 12 Brewing. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our culinary vision.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service and quality.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and handling protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Cook Trade Certification and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
