Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Category 12 Brewing. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing menus, as well as managing kitchen staff and inventory. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our culinary offerings align with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Ensure that all food safety and handling procedures are followed
  • Work closely with our management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role
  • Cook Trade Certification and Food Safety Certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
