Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet production demands and ensure optimal resource utilization.

  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in our lumber products, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Equipment Operation: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use.

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a lumber or woodworking industry.
