Job Title: Framer-Carpenter

At Canadian Classic Touch Home Improvement Inc., we are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for framing, installing, and finishing various components of our clients' homes and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts and designs for building projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel to create frames, walls, and other structural elements.
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, and other fixtures, ensuring proper fit and finish.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
