Role Overview:
The Cybersecurity Performance Testing Manager will spearhead business development within their practice and explore new sales verticals aligned with strategic objectives. This role involves managing a team of security consultants responsible for delivering Cybersecurity Engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and refine the technical testing methodology along with associated processes and tools.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Monitor project statuses and maintain communication with team members for goal setting and performance management.
- Oversee team utilization and capacity in partnership with Project Managers.
- Develop training plans that align with service delivery objectives.
- Ensure practice performance aligns with the balanced scorecard for the Information Security Services department.
- Maintain accountability for all deliverables and quality produced by the practice.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members.
- Interface with various stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
- Assist the team in completing tasks necessary for successful project outcomes.
- Engage in account planning for major clients, proactively resourcing upcoming engagements based on client roadmaps.
- Foster a creative and enjoyable work environment while upholding company values.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Technical certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or OSCP are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional time management, task planning, and prioritization skills.
- Strong proactive project management capabilities.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional remote teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to document issues, alternatives, and recommendations effectively for executive review.

Work Schedule:
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, fully covered by the employer.
