As a Food and Beverage Server at Four Seasons Whistler, you'll have the opportunity to experience the best of alpine living, from world-class ski runs to epic mountain experiences and a vibrant village atmosphere.
About the RoleThe Food and Beverage Server is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. In this role, you'll be tasked with delivering an expertly served beverage or dining experience, anticipating guests' needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction, offering suggestions and responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards.
- Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests dining at Braidwood Tavern.
- Set up the restaurant for service, including the buffet.
- Present the menu and provide detailed explanations of menu items, recommending dishes.
- Take guest orders, including to-go items.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring dishes are as requested.
- Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Handle payments accurately, process transactions, and present bills to guests.
- Access to affordable shared staff accommodation.
