About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Braidwood Server Assistant to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless dining experiences for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting
- Serve and clear all food & beverage items
- Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned
- Set all tables according to standards
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests
- Answer guest questions about the menu
- Break down displays or side stations
- Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness
- Ensure a seamless guest experience
- Previous experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or hotel
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage products
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
- Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate
- Ability to work in Canada
