Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Scratch Studio Production Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the production team with various tasks, including setting up and operating equipment, rigging and dismantling sets, and assisting performers with costumes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment
  • Adjust focus, sound levels, and other projector and theatre settings, and maintain equipment
  • Rig, place, move, and dismantle sets, backdrops, scenery, and other stage equipment
  • Assist performers to dress in costumes
  • Arrange schedules
  • Change and install an electronic control panel using automated equipment
  • Set up equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Experience with lighting equipment and techniques
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
