Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Scratch Studio Production Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the setup and operation of mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate mobile camera platforms, microphone booms, and lighting equipment
  • Adjust focus, sound levels, and other projector and theatre settings, and maintain equipment
  • Rig, place, move, and dismantle sets, backdrops, scenery, and other stage equipment
  • Assist performers with costume changes
  • Arrange schedules and coordinate logistics
  • Change and install electronic control panels using automated equipment
  • Set up equipment and ensure it is functioning properly
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with varying locations and schedules. They will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of productions.
