We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Grand River Orthodontics-docbraces in Brantford and Simcoe, Ontario. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of becoming the icon of orthodontic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, building personal connections and ensuring optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and patient goals
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
  • Organize and maintain a clean and sterile clinical area
  • Collaborate with the orthodontist and leadership team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Dental Assistant experience
  • Successful completion of CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required
