We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at Grand River Orthodontics-docbraces in Brantford and Simcoe, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of becoming the icon of orthodontic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care by building personal connections and ensuring optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and patient goals
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
  • Organize, clean, and maintain a clean and sterile clinical area

Maintain a positive attitude and work cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation. Perform other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or leadership team.

Requirements:
  • Dental Assistant experience
  • Successfully completed CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease. Great time management and organizational skills. Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required. Orthodontic Module is considered an asset, but not required.
