Position Overview

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department within a hospitality setting, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is essential.
Work Environment

This role is situated in a hotel, motel, or resort environment, which demands adaptability to a fast-paced atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their teams.
  • Conduct inspections of designated areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain safety standards and adhere to departmental policies.
  • Manage inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Schedule and delegate tasks to housekeeping staff effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform infection control audits to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
