SAP Application Manager Job Description

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SAP Application Manager to lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business system software across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-performing teams focused on delivering efficient and effective IT application support and development.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business system software, with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4 HANA, including HRIS, ERP, and BI Applications.
  • Guide the organization in leveraging the full potential of SAP S/4 HANA to support and enhance business processes across various domains.
  • Coach, mentor, and train IT staff and business users on SAP S/4 HANA functionalities and best practices.
  • Align IT operations and projects with broader business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of user satisfaction through proactive support, clear communication, and effective resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and related technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach to IT service management.
  • HRIS: SAP SuccessFactors.
  • ERP: SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
  • BI Applications for Financial Reporting: Workiva, Google BQ & Looker, SAP BO, SAP BW.
  • Spanish language skills an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications related to project management, SAP S/4 HANA, and IT service management can be beneficial.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
