Meat Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meat Department Manager to lead our team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and merchandising products to meet customer needs.
As the Meat Department Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
- Leading and coaching team members to achieve sales targets and maintain operational standards
- Resolving customer and team member issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and loss prevention
- Managing inventory, scheduling, and financial objectives to drive business results
- Implementing initiatives to support company objectives and stay ahead of local market trends
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, team members, and vendors
