The Water Treatment Solutions Sales Specialist will focus on cultivating and managing relationships with both existing and prospective clients. This role involves delivering customized water treatment solutions tailored to the unique requirements of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage current accounts, secure orders, and establish new client relationships through effective planning and organization of daily schedules.
- Execute all sales activities within the designated territory, including lead generation, cold outreach, and setting appointments.
- Promote and sell maintenance services to both new and existing clients.
- Conduct hands-on servicing of accounts, which may include chemical testing, calibration, and maintenance of chemical feed systems, as well as performing visual inspections as needed.
- Organize service and sales appointments, including regular reporting on activities.
- Identify emerging business needs and opportunities, developing tailored solutions for our clientele.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
- Experience in water treatment, environmental health, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience is essential.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience collaborating across multiple locations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be highly motivated and self-driven.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in environments involving HVAC, cooling towers, or boiler systems, with exposure to various conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
