Payroll Clerk Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team at Hytec Kohler Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial needs of the plant, with a primary focus on payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll data, including unionized and non-unionized payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain payroll, benefit, and operations systems, ensuring integrity and accuracy for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Update employee data in various systems, including SAP and payroll vendors.
- Support the Plant Accountant and HR Manager in reporting payroll and headcount metrics, and provide financial information to the business and Kohler Co. management.
- Perform additional accounting and administration duties as required.
- High school diploma required; diploma/degree in business or accounting preferred.
- Minimum one year experience processing payroll for a medium to large organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Accounting and payroll software experience necessary.
