Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team at Hytec a Kohler Company. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare statements of earnings for employees, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
- Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, perform data entry, and maintain payroll records.
- Human Resources Support: Perform human resources-related duties, such as personnel selection, and maintain employee records.
- Benefits Administration: Prepare and submit documentation for administration of benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, and employment insurance.
- Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, and compile statistics and reports.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Certifications: Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) Certification
- Computer Skills: Automatic data processing (ADP), SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD), and accounting software
- Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, work under pressure, and tight deadlines
