As an Assistant Store Manager at Rogers Communications, Inc., you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team. You will be responsible for leading by example, providing coaching and guidance to your team members, and ensuring that our stores are always stocked with the latest products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives and promotions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
