Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage your own customer pipeline using data provided by analytical teams or your own prospecting leads.
  • Customize our print and digital advertising solutions based on your understanding of your customers' marketing needs.
  • Maintain and grow your network of active customers.
  • Store all relevant information on your sales activities, including products and leads, in a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with teammates at team meetings to share ideas, successes, or suggestions that help increase team and product performance.

Your Expertise:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the print & digital media industry representation with a strong understanding of multi-media benefits and advertising solutions.
  • Comfortable making more than 20-50 phone calls a day to potential customers to carry out the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Diploma/degree in business, marketing, communications, or a combination of relevant training and sales development experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (incl. PPC, Programmatic Display, and social) and performance tools associated.
  • Mastering of Microsoft tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) with a CRM experience (Salesforce experience an asset).
  • Strong Cold Calling/Cold Prospecting and Negotiation Skills.
  • Revenue, Results, and Deadline Oriented.
  • Self-Starter & Self-Motivated with strong organization skills, in a hybrid work model (work from home & on the road occasionally).
  • Ability to build and manage a customer funnel from qualifying, prospecting, presenting to closing.
