Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging workout sessions that include warm-ups, conditioning phases, and cool-downs.
  • Lead classes in various formats, such as Step, Jazzercise, Cardio Kickboxing, Sculpt, Group Weight, Body Toning, Cardio Express, and Circuit Training.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for participants by maintaining a clean and organized workout area.
  • Monitor class attendance and accurately record participation numbers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new class formats and programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in group fitness instruction.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of teaching experience in a group fitness setting.
  • Certification from a reputable organization, such as ACE, ACSM, or AFAA.
  • Current CPR/First-Aid certifications.
  • Specialized training in areas like Yoga, Pilates, or Pre-Natal fitness.
