Responsibilities:- Direct and assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
- Complete documentation for activities of daily living and report any changes to the resident's care plan.
- Lift, transfer, and ambulate residents using proper equipment and technique.
- Perform routine nursing procedures as directed by the on-duty nurse.
- Provincial Registration with the BC Care Aide Registry.
- Graduation from a recognized Resident Care Aide/Nursing program or completion of a recognized Dementia Care program.
- Food Safe Level 1 certification.
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Passes and complies with Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Check upon hire and every 5 years thereafter.
- English spoken and written.
- Competitive hourly wage of $25.83.
