Meet your future team:
The Colour & Graphics Team at ARC'TERYX is essential in connecting product design with customer experience. As the Lead Colour Designer, you will oversee a team of colour designers, direct the colour creation process, and collaborate with various departments to produce cohesive collections that surpass industry benchmarks.
Core responsibilities include:- Building and mentoring a high-performing team of colour designers
- Forecasting colour trends for product lines
- Collaborating with designers on groundbreaking product development
- Advising on accessories within specific categories
- Enhancing colour design across diverse materials
- Establishing best practices for colour innovation
- Developing colour vision and direction for both timeless and seasonal collections
- Partnering with other departments to enrich customer experience
- Collaborating on logistical frameworks with Supply Chain teams
- Communicating seasonal direction with Brand and Commercial teams
- You possess an Apparel Design Diploma or equivalent experience
- You have substantial experience in the colour and fashion sector
- You exhibit a strong sense of colour harmony and understanding of colour theory
- You demonstrate leadership, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail
- You have advanced proficiency in the Adobe suite and excellent communication skills
- You are knowledgeable about global markets and cultural nuances
