ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Rental Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in our operations, serving as the initial point of contact for our clients.

The Rental Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the rental counter, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address inquiries from both prospective and current clients
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for rental units
  • Prepare and manage rental agreements and necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize fleet usage and reduce downtime
  • Support various tasks within the rental department as needed
  • Comprehensive training will be provided


Qualifications:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in vehicle rental or a related field
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
