Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our rental operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of our rental counter, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless rental experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform check-in and check-out of rental equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and processing
- Process rental agreements and required paperwork, maintaining accurate records and files
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to optimize fleet utilization and minimize downtime
- Assist with various rental department duties, as required, to ensure efficient operations
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle rental or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive team attitude
