Description du poste

L'analyste financier - comptes fournisseurs est un membre clé de l'équipe comptable de The Lion Electric. Sous la supervision du contrôleur, ce professionnel sera chargé de promouvoir un environnement de travail axé sur la performance, l'efficience, l'amélioration continue et l'automatisation des processus relatifs au département des comptes payables.

Responsabilités

  • Elaborer, améliorer et automatiser les processus du département des comptes payables
  • Assurer un suivi des cas problématiques (3-way match)
  • Reconcilier les comptes à payer vs les états de comptes
  • Participer au traitement des factures
  • Analyser et réconcilier les transactions des comptes GL impactés par les activités des comptes payables
  • Assurer la gestion et la réconciliation des transactions de carte de crédit corporatives, ainsi que des rapports de dépenses des employés
  • Élaborer les procédures et politiques relatives aux processus des comptes payables
  • Contrôler les principaux indicateurs de gestion de performance, et élaborer des tableaux de bord
  • Soutenir et coacher le personnel chargé des comptes fournisseurs
  • Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et les membres de l'entreprise
  • Participer au processus de paiement des comptes à payer
  • Participer au processus de fin de mois

Exigences

  • Bilinguisme essentiel (français/anglais)
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel (avancé) et de la suite Microsoft 365
  • Connaissance de SQL

  • Excellente capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à effectuer des tâches avec une approche logique et systématique

Formation et expérience requise

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité
  • Titre CPA
  • 6 à 8 ans d'expérience similaire dans un milieu manufacturier
