Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to support the smooth operation of various HR processes at DISTAULO Fruits & Vegetables. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating activities, especially data reporting and metrics, and supporting projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and distribute reports to meet Compliance requirements and Labour Relations business needs.
  2. Track complaints, issues, and legal cases that implicate HR and LR, pulling reports and analyzing data for trends.
  3. Provide onboarding and first-level support to users of LR systems.
  4. Draft presentations and other communications at the request of the Compliance team and LR leadership.

Qualifications

  1. Fluently bilingual, both written and verbal (English, French).
  2. Strong understanding of the fields of HR and LR.
  3. General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  4. Proven experience working with HR systems.
  5. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
  6. Ability to negotiate effectively and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
  7. Minimum two years of experience in an office setting.
  8. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,743.00-$75,292.00 per year
