About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team at Mariner Innovations Inc. As a key member of our Change Management Practice, you will work closely with our clients to drive successful business outcomes through effective change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored change management strategies and plans to support organizational transformation
  • Work with clients to build knowledge, capability, and expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Enable leaders and teams to understand the impact of change on people, barriers to effective change, and how to support individuals through transition
  • Perform change-related assessments to inform the design of change programs and plans
  • Develop and execute quality communication plans and deliverables to support key operational or project initiatives
  • Ensure alignment of change management activities within project plans to smooth the adoption process and drive successful implementation
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a Change Lead, Change Manager, and/or Management Consultant role on medium to large transformational projects
  • Demonstrated experience in developing training, communication, and change management programs and plans
  • Strong understanding of change management industry standards, best practices, and methodologies, with a certification in industry-standard change management methodology (CCMP, PROSCI, etc.) considered an asset
  • Experience working directly with senior management and leaders of organizations
  • Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
