The Role: Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to both internal and external customers through accurate data entry, order processing, and customer service interactions.
Responsibilities:- Input customer orders and process credits using our ERP system, ensuring accuracy in all data fields.
- Process customer requests, including bill reprints, price checks, account balances, and other inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Inventory Teams to clarify sales orders, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues.
- Process authorized customer returns and credits upon approval from the Sales Manager.
- Provide ongoing support to the Sales and Operations teams, addressing business needs as requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent related work experience or military experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data entry, analytical reporting, and trend analysis is an asset.
- Knowledge of warehousing systems and procedures is beneficial.
