The Strategic Business Coordinator (Executive Assistant to the CEO) will provide direct support to the CEO by managing the logistics of their daily operations, including preparing presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, engaging with clients, attending client meetings, crafting communications for leadership and board updates, and liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate agendas for events and meetings.
This role will drive strategic initiatives and ensure the effective execution of the CEO's agenda and projects.The Strategic Business Coordinator will act as a trusted advisor and collaborator, enabling the CEO to concentrate on high-priority tasks and contribute to the organization's long-term planning and vision.
This position requires a robust technical background and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.There is a requirement to work on-site for 1-2 days per week.
To be the primary support for the CEO by assisting with the prioritization and management of their workload, ensuring sufficient capacity for the CEO to focus on executing Sentrex's strategies and objectives.
Executive Support:
Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and other business partners, including executives, leaders, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the CEO's Senior Executive Assistant to prioritize incoming issues and concerns directed to the CEO, including sensitive and confidential matters, determining the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, and addressing less complex issues directly (as appropriate).Work in tandem with the Senior Executive Assistant regarding the CEO's schedule, ensuring that meeting content and agendas are prepared, relevant, and followed up on based on commitments made.
Collaborate with the Senior Executive Assistant to determine and prioritize business strategies based on the CEO's schedule and upcoming action items.
Provide comprehensive, direct, and proactive support to the CEO concerning high-priority projects and action plans.Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments and leaders within the organization to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Work directly with the CEO and other leaders to develop, drive, and deliver on strategic projects and initiatives that support business growth.
Internal Strategic Communication:
Prepare written communications for leaders, executives, and employees on behalf of the CEO regarding updates on existing business, new product lines or programs, organizational changes, and quarterly/bi-annual/annual business updates.
Represent the CEO's office at regional and national events as required.Strive for continuous improvement and participate in or lead executive projects.
Understand, perform, and manage all issues in a manner consistent with Sentrex's Mission, Vision, Values, and brand.
Perform other duties and/or projects as may be relevant to the role.An undergraduate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity supporting a CEO or other executive roles is essential.
Demonstrated executive presence and experience in managing high-touch relationships and highly visible strategy and planning matters.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply sound judgment in complex and sometimes ambiguous situations.
Excellent business acumen and demonstrated analytical and creative thinking abilities.
Ability to consistently deliver high-quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
