Communication Support Specialist

Nordia, Inc. is seeking a skilled Communication Support Specialist to join our team in Quebec City. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication for individuals with verbal or hearing impairments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize adapted communication tools to enhance the daily lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Facilitate interaction between callers and necessary contacts, ensuring a warm and pleasant experience for all.
- Employ empathy and commitment to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Availability to work up to 40 hours/week from Sunday to Saturday, 24 hours a day.
- Proven ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism, with the ability to interact with French and English-speaking individuals.
