Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation and Projects Coordinator to join our team at Lakeview Millwork Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
