Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our team at ROAD HAWK TRUCKING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records
    • Keep track of shipments, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Coordinate Logistics
    • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders.
    • Monitor personnel workloads and locations.
    • Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Contact customers to deliver requested information.
  • Supervise and Manage
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Operate Technology
    • Operate dispatch management service software.
    • Use monitoring and tracking software.
    • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment.
Requirements
