Job Summary

The Admissions Manager is a key member of the CDI College team, responsible for leading the admissions process and promoting the college's programs to potential students. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to admissions staff, setting expectations and conducting ongoing coaching and training.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to support administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with regional directors and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop admissions staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential students, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in admissions or a related field is an asset.
  • Four years of sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of success.
  • Four + years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
