Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a community setting, working closely with our clients and their families to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client care by utilizing observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching skills.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Perform routine nursing duties, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Previous experience in the acute care sector or long-term care.
- Demonstrated clinical competencies, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
