Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Burlington Charcoal Pit is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Handling and Safety: Handle and store food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Physical Demands:
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
