Job Title: Transport Driver

We are seeking a skilled Transport Driver to join our team at Total Site Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Transport Driver will be responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy equipment and vehicles, including hydrovac trucks, to transport personnel and equipment to and from job sites. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Safely operate heavy equipment and vehicles to transport personnel and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Logistics: Coordinate transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of personnel and equipment.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Transport Driver will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel to job sites. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
