    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
    • Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
