Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

At Mitel, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's success by providing financial management and support to the People & Culture team. You will play a key role in the preparation of management reporting, the consolidated annual budget, and quarterly forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial results for the executive team and shareholders, including preliminary flash reports and detailed financial results packages and slide decks.
- Prepare quarterly Board and lender reporting.
- Provide finance business partnership to the People & Culture team, including monthly close and results reporting, monitoring performance, and advising management on actions needed to address identified risks and opportunities.
- Partner with the People & Culture team on company-wide modelling and reporting of personnel-related spend, including merit and statutory increase budgets and bonus programs.
- Own special charges reporting and forecasts, including consolidation and reporting of corporate cost reduction programs.
- Support company-wide budget and forecast processes, including rolling up the consolidated annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reports as required by business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or accounting designation (CPA) highly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A or combination of financial positions that include FP&A.
- Previous experience leading a small team.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint with experience building and managing complex financial models.
- Ability to work with large and disparate data sets from multiple sources/systems and simplify the information for intended purpose.
- Must be able to build relationships across functions and be influential to achieve results based on data and facts.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently while meeting deliverables under tight time constraints.
- Ability to act as a business partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and influence the decisions as it relates to financial impacts and business performance.
