Mobility Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Mobility Coordinator to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers upon arrival and verify appointments
- Complete Service Loaner Contracts with customers and check loaners in/out
- Bill for loaner usage, damage, and tickets
- Track loaner usage and coordinate Service Shuttles for customer drop-off and pick-up
- Maintain quality control of loaner vehicles and oversee repairs
- Schedule and track loaner vehicles to ensure availability
- Provide weekly status reports on the loaner fleet
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Familiarity with the Vancouver area
- Previous experience with fleet and loaner vehicles an asset
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to work closely with a team and work independently
