Commercial Learning Specialist

Responsabilités
  • Agir en tant que partenaire commercial en établissant et en maintenant des partenariats utiles
  • Tirer parti de relations efficaces avec les principaux partenaires commerciaux des équipes Marketing, Ventes et Affaires médicales pour cerner les lacunes et établir les résultats d'apprentissage souhaités
  • Assurer la formation initiale et continue de l'équipe de vente pour transmettre des compétences et des connaissances de base
  • Effectuer des visites sur le terrain avec l'équipe de vente pour offrir de l'encadrement et évaluer les besoins sur le plan de la formation
Compétences requises
  • Excellentes compétences en animation et en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) essentiel
  • Capacité d'établir des liens avec un large éventail d'auditoires et capacité d'exploiter les plateformes de formation virtuelles
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et pour l'utilisation des outils de la suite Microsoft Office
